Manitoba PNP Special Immigration Measure - Ukraine Draw

Manitoba PNP Conducted its Special Immigration Measure - Ukraine Draw on 17th April 2023 and issued  28 Letters of advice to apply (LAA) on 60 points.

The letter of advice to apply is issued only to those who are meeting following criteria

  1. Must be a citizen of Ukraine;
  2. have a minimum of CLB 4 in each
  3. Must establish a connection to Manitoba
  4. Must have at least 60 points

And Applicant also needs to justify all set parameters or requirements of the Skilled Worker Overseas pathway to seek Canadian PR, including sufficient settlement funds.



What is the minimum score for Manitoba PNP?

The minimum score for Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) completely depends on the stream or pathway that you want to apply for  

The Skilled Workers in Manitoba & Skilled Workers overseas must have 60 points out of 100 Manitoba immigration Points. However, the selection factors differ from time to time depending upon the Economic & Labour market need of Manitoba PNP.

Please note For the International Graduate Stream, there is no minimum points requirement. Instead, the program has different eligibility criteria, including having completed a full-time academic program in Manitoba and having a job offer from a Manitoba employer.
