(A) Following are the eligibility considered for Saskatchewan Express Entry:
- Applicants should have an active profile in the Federal Express Entry pool.
They should get a minimum of 60 points out of 100 on the SINP point assessment grid. - Applicants should provide authentic language test results with a preferred level of proficiency in English/French.
- They must complete at least 1 year of post-secondary education or training similar to the Canadian education system.
- Applicant must submit an ECA (educational credential assessment) from a nominated organization for education to be obtained outside Canada, like a technical or academic degree, certificate or diploma.
- Applicants must have a minimum level of work experience in-demand occupation and in a high-skilled in the category of (NOC) National Occupational Classification Matrix level “O”, “A”, or “B”.
- They should attain eligibility proof for a Saskatchewan license if their profession is regulated in Saskatchewan and needs compulsory licensing or certification.
- Applicants must acquire a certificate of qualification within their skilled trade to be got from Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission if the applicant’s work experience lies in a skilled trade.
- They must have proof of sufficient settlement funds and a settlement plan.

For the Saskatchewan Occupation
In-Demand, the eligibility considered is as given below:
- Applicants are required to score at least 60 points out of 100 on the SINP point system.
- They must have work experience of 1 year or more years in the previous 10 years that should be related to their area of training and should be a high-skilled occupation classified as “O”, “A” or “B” NOC Matrix level. This occupation also is regarded as ‘in-demand’ by Immigration Saskatchewan.
- Applicants should have valid and authentic language test results with a score of minimum (CLB) Canadian Language Benchmark 4. Though, regulatory bodies and employers may ask for scores of language higher than CLB 4.
- They must have completed at least 1 year of training or post-secondary education similar to the Canadian education system.
- Applicants must submit an (ECA) educational credential assessment from a nominated organization for education obtained exteriors of Canada, like a technical or academic degree, certificate or diploma.
- Applicants should have at least one of the given below in their area of education or in training occupation:
- For the skilled profession (non-trades), 1 year of work experience in the previous 10 years.
- For the skilled trade, 2 years of work experience in the previous 5 years.
- For trades and non-trades, 12 months of work experience is needed in Canada in the previous 3 years.
Ø Applicants
are required to provide proof of Professional Status or Licensure for their
occupation.
Ø They
must have proof of sufficient settlement funds and a settlement plan.
