AINP Issued Draws For 248 NOIs In The Federal Express Entry Pool On 26th October - Aptechvisa

Alberta has released the details for 248 NOIs on 26th October 2021 immigration draw with 300 CRS score of the lowest-ranked candidate. 

The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) invited a total 248 number of Notification of Interest for Express Entry candidates with CRS scores of at least 300 to apply for a provincial nomination. This score has remained steady in every draw since the start of September, and it only changed by 1 &2 in the rest of the months. Invitations information of on draws is posted after one month of the date of draw 


Nomination Certificate limit

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) provided 6,250 nomination certificates to Alberta for 2021, and 5,526 nominations have been issued so far in 2021.

There are approximately 400 Alberta Opportunity Stream applications and 780 expressions of interest applications in the Alberta Express Entry pool. 

Application Volumes and Processing

For Permanent residency, Alberta issued draws for Alberta PNP invitations every month for federal Express Entry candidates to apply for a nomination certificate. This year from January 2021, Alberta is allowed to issue 6,250 nomination of interest letters. The AINP application is depend on the common factors like 

  • Application quality, 
  • Labour market information
  • Volume of application received
  • The date of application was received

Application volumes by occupation

The AINP has a high volume of applications and Alberta Express Entry submissions in the following occupations. These submissions may take longer to process.

0211 – Engineering managers

2253 – Drafting technologists and technicians

6311 – Food service supervisors
6211 – Retail sales supervisors
1123 – Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations
3211 – Medical laboratory technologists
2131 – Civil engineers
7511 – Transport truck drivers
6322 – Cooks
2132 – Mechanical Engineers

The Alberta PNP is no longer accepting applications under this stream. This includes applications under the following categories/industries:

Employer-Driven Stream

  • Skilled worker category
  • International graduate category
  • Food and beverage processing industry
  • Manufacturing industry
  • Food services industry (Pilot project)
  • Hotel and lodging industry
  • Long-haul trucking industry

Strategic Recruitment Stream

  • Compulsory and optional trades category
  • Post-graduate worker category
  • Engineering occupations category

To get the Notification of Interest (NOI), you must:

1. Have a CRS score of at least 300.

2. Maintain an active profile in the Express Entry.

3. Work in a job that supports the economic condition of Alberta.

4. Display the intention to live and work in the province permanently.

An invited candidate must comply with the documents requirements. After completing the proper documentation process, the candidates are nominated by the province of Alberta to apply for permanent residency in Canada on the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
