With the lowest ranking score of 712, the MPNP directly recruited 13 talented individuals from abroad as part of a targeted recruitment effort. The Manitoba PNP is one of the few in Canada that is reliant on a positive relationship with the province. Expressions of Interest from Skilled Worker Overseas were considered for candidates who were directly invited by the MPNP through a Strategic Recruitment campaign and who have valid IRCC Express Entry profiles. They will also receive 600 bonus points to increase their chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to apply for permanent residency in Canada through Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and becoming a Canada PR. Candidates frequently complain that their score is higher than the lowest-ranked candidate's, but they have yet to receive an Application Letter.

This could be because you stated that you took an approved third-party language test to demonstrate your language ability in English/French, but did not provide a valid Test Number in your EOI or your language test is no longer valid, OR you stated that you received an Invitation to Apply to the MPNP under a Strategic Initiative, but You either did not include a valid invitation number in your EOI or your invitation number has expired.

This is your chance to apply for the Manitoba Permanent Residence Program and become a permanent resident this year.
