In the new 135th Manitoba PNP draws held on January 27th, 2022 , the Manitoba government issued 315 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to MPNP candidates. Those who claimed to have a valid Express Entry ID and a valid job seeker validation code were given an additional 69 LLAs.
