OINP Express Entry issued 1,902 NOIs to Human Capital Priorities stream


 On the day of 2nd February 2023, OINP Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program sent Notification of Interest (NOIs) to the applicants under Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry pool who meet the criteria of one of Ontario’s Express Entry immigration streams.

1,902 NOIs are sent to Human Capital Priorities stream candidates. In this circulation, 1,127 Notification of Interest (NOIs) are sent to Tech Occupations with CRS score range of 481-489 and 775 Notification of Interest (NOIs) are sent to Health Occupations between a CRS score range 476-489.

French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream – 0

Skilled Trades stream – 1,252

Applicants, who are in the pool, received Notification of Interest (NOIs) in their online account. Once an applicant receives a notification of interest, can submit an online application to the OINP if he/she is qualified under the Ontario Express Entry stream for which notification of interest was issued. Candidate must submit the application within 45 calendar days of receiving the notification of interest.

In the new 135th Manitoba PNP draws held on January 27th, 2022 , the Manitoba government issued 315 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to MPNP candidates. Those who claimed to have a valid Express Entry ID and a valid job seeker validation code were given an additional 69 LLAs. Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Workers Overseas are Manitoba's three immigration programs. Under the MPNP's Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream, 212 LAAs were issued. The candidate with the lowest skilled worker score, who received a 609, was invited.
